To provide hot water needed for   the dissolving of milk powder, sugar and additive and extraction

To make syrup with sugar and water   in certain concentration and store after pasteurization, filtered and cooling

Additive Dosing

To supply concentrated juice and   additive such as stabilizer, preservative needed

Blending

To mix syrup, additive, juice, RO   water and other materials according to requirement evenly and prepare for   next step

CIP

CIP unit is designed to fully wash   and sterilize all the internal product touching surface of filler and   processing system with acid, alkaline and heat

Extraction

To feed tea or herbs into open hot   water extraction tank with different types of buckets and extract the concentrate which   will be fed into blending tank after filtration and cooling
